Please read this disclosure carefully before using TREDIA. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. General information only
TREDIA, operated by [legal entity — to be confirmed], provides general market information and analytical tools for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on https://tredia.tech or https://app.tredia.tech, including data, charts, indicators, “signals”, the TREDIA Score, backtests, screeners, articles, games and AI assistant answers, is:
- investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice;
- a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security, derivative, cryptocurrency or other asset; or
- an offer to buy or sell any of them.
The content is the same for all users and does not take into account your personal objectives, financial situation, knowledge, experience or risk tolerance. Before making any investment decision, consider consulting a qualified, licensed professional.
2. Regulatory status
TREDIA and [legal entity — to be confirmed] are not:
- a broker-dealer registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC);
- an investment adviser registered with the SEC or any U.S. state;
- a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA);
- an entity authorized or supervised by Mexico’s Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV), including as an investment adviser (asesor en inversiones); or
- a bank, broker, exchange or custodian in any jurisdiction.
TREDIA does not execute trades, hold client funds or securities, or manage portfolios.
3. Risks of investing
- Loss of capital. All investments involve risk. You can lose part or all of the money you invest.
- Volatility and liquidity. Prices can move quickly and sharply. In fast or thin markets you may not be able to buy or sell at the price you expect, or at all.
- Leverage and margin. Leverage magnifies gains and losses. Trading on margin can cause losses larger than your initial deposit.
- Options and other derivatives. Options are complex and can expire worthless; selling options can expose you to large or, in some cases, unlimited losses. Read the Options Clearing Corporation’s Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options before trading options.
- Cryptocurrencies. Crypto assets are highly volatile, may be lightly regulated or unregulated, and are exposed to technology, custody, fraud and liquidity risks. You may lose your entire investment.
- Currency and international markets. Investments in foreign markets or currencies add exchange-rate, political and regulatory risks.
4. Past performance
Past performance does not guarantee or predict future results. Historical returns, rankings, statistics and win rates shown in TREDIA describe the past only.
5. Backtests, hypotheticals and models
Pattern backtests, the TREDIA Score, technical indicators and “signals” are produced by mechanical rules and statistical models applied to historical data. Hypothetical or simulated results have inherent limitations:
- they are calculated with the benefit of hindsight and do not reflect actual trading;
- they may exclude or underestimate commissions, fees, taxes, slippage, bid-ask spreads and market impact;
- they may suffer from overfitting, data-mining, look-ahead or survivorship bias;
- they depend on the quality and completeness of the underlying data; and
- markets change, so a pattern that worked in the past may not work in the future.
Confidence intervals and probabilities are statistical estimates, not guarantees. A “signal” or a high score is an output of a model, not a recommendation to act. Estimates are labeled as estimates.
6. Data may be delayed or wrong
Data comes from third parties, including public sources (SEC EDGAR, FINRA, NASDAQ, FRED, BLS, BEA, U.S. Treasury) and licensed providers ([licensed data providers — to be confirmed]). It may be delayed, incomplete, revised or inaccurate, and it is not necessarily real-time. Each data point shows its source and time: check both, and confirm any price with your broker before trading. We are not responsible for errors or delays in third-party data.
This product uses the FRED® API but is not endorsed or certified by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
7. Artificial intelligence
If enabled, the AI assistant generates answers automatically. It can make mistakes, invent facts, misread data or give outdated information, and it can sound confident when it is wrong. Its answers are not advice and are not reviewed by a human before you see them. Verify anything important with primary sources.
8. Educational games
TREDIA’s games are educational simulations. They use no real money, involve no real orders and offer no prizes of monetary value. Scores, virtual balances and results do not represent and do not predict real trading outcomes.
9. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your investment and trading decisions and their results, for checking that they suit your situation, and for complying with the laws and tax rules that apply to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [legal entity — to be confirmed] is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, TREDIA.
